512jl Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "512jl" / "the Platform" — refers to the online gaming platform operated at 512jl.org and all associated services, features, game products, promotions, and communications offered thereunder.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on 512jl, identified by a unique username and secured by a password chosen by the Player.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" — any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 512jl platform in any capacity.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, wagering, live dealer, bingo, and sports betting products and services made available through the 512jl platform.
• "Wallet" / "Account Balance" — the PHP-denominated balance held in a Player's 512jl account, reflecting deposits made, winnings earned, bonuses credited, and withdrawals processed.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, and other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required by 512jl to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "Applicable Law" — all laws, regulations, rules, and guidelines applicable to online gaming in the Philippines, including those issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By accessing the 512jl platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Your continued use of 512jl following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure as described in Section 9.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and any other policies published on the 512jl platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified in writing by 512jl.

To be eligible to register and use the 512jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of any third party;
• You are accessing the platform from the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory prohibition that restricts your participation in gambling activities;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 512jl or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• Your use of 512jl is for personal entertainment purposes only and not for commercial purposes, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.

512jl reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Suspected underage Players will have their accounts immediately suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated on an account held by an underage individual shall be forfeited.

4.1 — Registration Requirements

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 512jl platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Any false or misleading information provided during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

4.2 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 512jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 512jl will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.

You must notify 512jl's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 512jl recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication, available in your account settings.

4.3 — KYC Verification

512jl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested for identity verification, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and payment method documentation. Withdrawal processing will not be completed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.1 — Deposits

512jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency methods. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 512jl does not charge fees on standard PHP deposits; however, payment providers may impose their own fees and exchange rates for which 512jl accepts no liability.

512jl reserves the right to decline deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

5.2 — Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. 512jl targets a processing time of 15–30 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals from fully verified accounts; however, actual processing times may vary based on payment provider timelines, volume, or additional verification requirements.

Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that are registered in the Player's name and correspond to the methods used for deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Bonus funds that have not completed applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

5.3 — Anti-Money Laundering

512jl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. 512jl reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into a Player's account. Any suspicion of money laundering, financial fraud, or use of the platform for illicit financial activity will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 512jl are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, in addition to the general terms set out below.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. 512jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games. Certain game categories, including live dealer games, sports betting, and specific slot titles, may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, employing low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements (including but not limited to arbitrage, hedge betting, or systematic betting patterns designed to minimize risk while wagering bonus funds) — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account closure.
• Bonus offers have validity periods. Any bonus not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account.
• 512jl reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice to affected Players where reasonably practicable.

All games available on the 512jl platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's information panel. In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall apply to matters specific to that game.

512jl's Random Number Generator (RNG) games use independently certified software to determine game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all RNG games and are accurate to the certified configuration. Live dealer games are operated by Microgaming's MG Live studio and are subject to that provider's certified rules and procedures.

512jl does not alter game configurations from their certified parameters. Any Player who suspects a game malfunction or technical error must cease play immediately and contact 512jl support. In the event of a verified malfunction, all wagers placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned. 512jl's decision on malfunction disputes is final.

The results of games at 512jl are final once confirmed by the platform's system. Requests to void or reverse settled game results, other than in cases of demonstrable technical malfunction, will not be entertained.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 512jl platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one (1) account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay;
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or bugs to generate unintended winnings, and failing to report such errors immediately;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 512jl's staff, support agents, or other users in any manner;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymizing technology to circumvent geographical or regulatory restrictions.

9.1 — Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 512jl account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method following completed KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 — Suspension or Closure by 512jl

512jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it determines that the Player has violated any provision of these Terms, is suspected of fraudulent activity, or where closure is required for regulatory compliance. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.

9.3 — Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 512jl reserves the right to charge a monthly administration fee of ₱100 on inactive accounts once the inactivity threshold has been reached. 512jl will notify the Player by email before any administration fee is applied. Any remaining balance after administration fees will be processed to the Player upon request.

512jl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible through account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount that can be deposited into your 512jl account;
• Loss Limits: Limits on the total amount that can be lost within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts notifying you of elapsed session time at intervals you define;
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at defined intervals showing your session duration and net gaming activity;
• Self-Exclusion: A temporary or permanent restriction on your ability to access your 512jl account, effective immediately upon request. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

512jl strictly enforces its 21+ age restriction in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. All intellectual property rights in and to the 512jl platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and all other content, are owned by or licensed to 512jl. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to 512jl.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 512jl platform without the prior written consent of 512jl, except as necessary to access and use the Services for their intended personal entertainment purpose.

Game content available on the 512jl platform is provided under license from third-party game developers including but not limited to Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Jili, and CQ9. All intellectual property rights in such game content remain with the respective rights holders.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 512jl and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business, or indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 512jl platform;
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, system failures, Internet service interruptions, or third-party service provider outages beyond the reasonable control of 512jl;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on any information, odds, or game result displayed on the platform prior to technical confirmation of settlement;
• Losses or damages arising from actions taken by 512jl in compliance with applicable law or regulatory direction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 512jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

512jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 512jl.org/privacy-policy. By registering for and using the 512jl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

512jl collects personal information including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. 512jl will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 512jl, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

512jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 512jl will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the changes, where reasonably practicable.

For non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required for legal compliance — 512jl may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the 512jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) is the regulatory body with oversight jurisdiction over the 512jl platform's licensed online gaming activities.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the Services, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such matters.

512jl's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus awards, wagering calculations, and account determinations are final and binding where such decisions are made in accordance with these Terms and the applicable game or promotion rules.
